A comprehensive competing endogenous RNA (ceRNA) network was constructed by integrating multi-database miRNA target predictions with RNA expression correlation data. This analysis aimed to understand the regulatory relationships between long non-coding RNAs, microRNAs, and mRNAs in the context of cerebral microvascular dysfunction in early Alzheimer's disease. The network provides insights into post-transcriptional regulatory mechanisms.
