SUMMARY
Single nuclei multiomic profiling (transcriptomes, epigenomes, spatial coordinates) of 84 human donors spanning AD pathology spectrum mapped to a common cell type reference. Analysis revealed early reduction of Somatostatin-expressing neuronal subtypes and late decreases in supragranular intratelencephalic-projecting excitatory and Parvalbumin-expressing neurons, with increases in disease-associated microglial and astrocytic states.
