Aquaporin-4-IgG-positive neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder (AQP4+NMOSD) and myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein antibody-associated disease (MOGAD) are rare, antibody-mediated inflammatory disorders of the central nervous system (CNS).
