Amcp activated PI3K/AKT-regulated apoptotic proteins. a Cells were pretreated with the indicated concentrations of Z-VAD-FMK for 4 h and then cultured with various concentrations of Amcp for another 24 h before the CCK-8 cell viability assay. b Caspase-3 levels in cells were examined with or without the presence of Z-VAD-FMK, followed by 24 h of treatment with Amcp or gemcitabine (Gem). c Cells were treated with the indicated concentrations of Amcp or gemcitabine for 24 h before Western blotting assays.
