Eligibility
Inclusion Criteria:

- Normal cognition, mild cognitive impairment (MCI), or Alzheimer's disease
- Signed informed consent
Exclusion Criteria:
- Type 1 or Type 2 diabetes mellitus
- Recent use of insulin or antidiabetic medications
- Other dementias (e.g., Lewy body dementia, frontotemporal dementia)
- Recent stroke or history of seizures
- Active psychiatric conditions
- Significant medical conditions precluding participation
Results
