GRIA3 Gene
Introduction
GRIA3 (Glutamate Ionotropic Receptor AMPA Type Subunit 3) encodes the GluA3 subunit of AMPA (α-amino-3-hydroxy-5-methyl-4-isoxazolepropionic acid) receptors, which mediate the majority of fast excitatory synaptic transmission in the central nervous system[@greger2017] PMID: 35093607.
