The Knight Alzheimer's Disease Research Center (Knight ADRC) at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis is one of the nation's leading Alzheimer's disease research centers. Dominantly Inherited Alzheimer Network (DIAN)
The [Dominantly Inherited Alzheimer Network](/therapeutics/dian-tu) (DIAN) is an international partnership led by the Knight ADRC that studies individuals with genetic mutations causing early-onset Alzheimer's disease[@bateman2019][@fagan2019]. DIAN has been crucial in:
