3. Centrosome Stabilization Strategies
Rather than inhibiting centrosome function, an alternative approach involves stabilizing centrosome integrity to prevent age-related centrosome defects. Small molecules that enhance centriolar cohesion or protect pericentriolar material (PCM) from degradation could preserve proper microtubule organization and intracellular transport in neurons.
