Overview

The JAK-STAT (Janus kinase–Signal Transducer and Activator of Transcription) signaling pathway represents one of the most critical cytokine-responsive mechanisms in the central nervous system, and its dysregulation is increasingly recognized as a central feature of 4R-tauopathies.
