Brain shuttle technologies represent a critical frontier in neurodegenerative disease therapeutics, enabling therapeutic molecules to cross the [blood-brain barrier](/entities/blood-brain-barrier) (BBB) and reach their CNS targets. The Blood-Brain Barrier Challenge
