Context
This is a REOPENED task. The original enrichment was performed by prior agents on auth/main but the commits never merged to origin/main:

- Commit 7fa54c2bd (auth/main only) was intended for h-16ee87a4, h-63b7bacd diagrams
The live production DB at postgresql://scidex contains the enriched data (services run from auth/main checkout). The hypotheses were confirmed enriched via direct DB query:
- All have descriptions >11K chars
- All have multiple evidence_for and evidence_against items with real PMIDs
- All 5 pages return HTTP 200
