Abstract

Glutamatergic neuronal activity promotes proliferation of both oligodendrocyte precursor cells (OPCs) and gliomas, including diffuse midline glioma (DMG). However, the role of neuromodulatory brainstem neurons projecting to midline structures where DMGs arise remains unexplored.
