Current Management

There is currently no pharmacological therapy to cure or slow svPPA. Management is multidisciplinary:

Speech and language therapy:

• Semantic retraining: Behavioral approaches using errorless learning, spaced retrieval, and elaborative semantic processing can temporarily restore naming of trained items (though gains do not generalize to untrained items) [@savage2014]
