Network pharmacology approach was used to identify active compounds in Qingfei Tongluo Jiedu formula (QTJD) and their potential mechanisms in treating Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia. High-performance liquid chromatography-electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (HPLC-ESI-MS) was combined with network pharmacology to identify 20 active compounds. Protein-protein interaction analysis revealed 10 core targets including JUN and TNF. Enrichment analysis highlighted key pathways including MAPK and PI3K-AKT signaling pathways involved in the therapeutic effects of QTJD against MPP.
PRIMARY OUTCOME
Identification of active compounds and therapeutic targets
EXPECTED OUTCOMES
Identification of key active compounds and signaling pathways mediating QTJD therapeutic effects
SUCCESS CRITERIA
Identification of biologically relevant compounds and pathways
