Validation experiment designed to validate causal mechanisms targeting PPARγ in Nude mouse xenograft tumor model. Primary outcome: Tumor growth suppression
In vivo validation study using nude mouse xenograft tumor models to assess the anticancer effects of S-equol against triple negative breast cancer. TNBC cells were implanted into nude mice to establish xenograft tumors, followed by S-equol treatment to evaluate tumor growth suppression and therapeutic efficacy. The study aimed to validate the in vitro findings in a physiologically relevant animal model system and demonstrate the translational potential of S-equol as an anticancer agent. Results confirmed that S-equol treatment effectively suppressed TNBC tumor growth in vivo through ferroptosis induction.
