Abstract
Clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC) remains a major clinical challenge due to its high metastatic potential and limited treatment options. Here, we identified PCDHGC3 as a critical tumor suppressor, whose downregulation drives ccRCC aggressiveness.
