Patient-level visualization of meningococcal vaccine administration, immunosuppressive therapy, and relapse history in RTX-exposed patients. The 0-reference time is the day of first ravulizumab dose. For patients who were rescreened, X represents the rescreening visit. The patients are sorted by the descending order of the duration from the last RTX dose to the following meningococcal vaccination. Patients whose vaccinations were prior to RTX are shown in rows 1 and 2. Historical relapses in the 2 years prior to screening and all meningococcal vaccinations are presented. There were no positively adjudicated physician-determined on-trial relapses. Supportive immunosuppressive therapies with indication of NMOSD are included in this figure. One patient who had been treated with RTX experienced a meningococcal infection; this TEAE is shown (line 2). The fine gray line represents the start of NMOSD through to the date of the data cut or end of study, whichever is earlier. For patients whose
