Integrative bioinformatics analysis was conducted including functional and pathway enrichment analysis, protein-protein interaction (PPI) network construction, ClueGo module analysis, and CFG prioritization to identify core genes regulating cerebral microvascular function. This computational approach aimed to prioritize key regulatory genes from the large set of differentially expressed transcripts and understand their functional relationships.
