Validation experiment designed to validate causal mechanisms targeting DNM1 in wild-type mice. Primary outcome: levels of dynamin1 and phosphorylated dynamin1
This experiment evaluated the effect of perampanel administration on dynamin1 phosphorylation levels in mouse brains. Wild-type mice were treated with perampanel orally, and brain tissue was analyzed using western blotting to measure both total dynamin1 and phosphorylated dynamin1 levels. This was designed to test whether perampanel modulates dynamin-dependent endocytosis in vivo by affecting dynamin1 phosphorylation status.
