UK Biobank Alzheimer's disease by proxy GWAS (Marioni et al. 2018; PMID 30315176). IEU OpenGWAS accession ieu-b-2. Phenotype: one or both parents with self-reported AD (UKB Fields 20107/20110). N=314,278 (cases=27,696, controls=286,582). Genome build GRCh37. BOLT-LMM v2.3.2; HRC r1.1 imputation panel; ~12M variants; 8 GW-significant loci.
