Overview STIP1 (Stress-Induced Phosphoprotein 1), also known as HOP (Hsp70/Hsp90 Organizing Protein) , is a co-chaperone that bridges Hsp70 and Hsp90 molecular chaperones. STIP1 plays a crucial role in facilitating protein folding, assembly of protein complexes, and regulation of signaling pathways.
