OBJECTIVE: This post hoc analysis of the CHAMPION-NMOSD trial evaluated the safety and efficacy of ravulizumab in patients with aquaporin-4 antibody-positive (AQP4-Ab+) neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder (NMOSD) previously exposed or naïve to rituximab (RTX).
