Abstract

UNLABELLED: Lupus nephritis (LN) is a severe and prevalent complication of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), often leading to progressive kidney damage. Endoplasmic reticulum (ER) stress, arising from proteostatic imbalance, triggers the unfolded protein response (UPR) as an initial protective mechanism.
