Abstract
Neonatal Fc receptor (FcRn) plays an important role in regulating IgG homeostasis in the body. Changes in FcRn expression levels or activity caused by genetic polymorphisms of FCGRT, which encodes FcRn, may lead to interindividual differences in pharmacokinetics of therapeutic antibodies.
