Overview

The CACNB3 protein (Calcium Voltage-Gated Channel Auxiliary Subunit Beta 3) is an auxiliary β subunit of voltage-gated calcium channels (VGCCs). These auxiliary subunits play critical roles in modulating calcium channel trafficking, gating properties, and current kinetics.
