## Background and Rationale
This pivotal clinical validation study investigates the cGAS-STING innate immune pathway as a fundamental driver of dopaminergic neurodegeneration in Parkinson's disease. METHODOLOGY NOTES
**Phase 1: Patient Recruitment and Baseline Assessment (Months 1-6)**
