METHODOLOGY NOTES

Phase 1 (Months 1-3): Recruit 50 expert evaluators across academia (n=20), industry (n=20), and regulatory agencies (n=10) with ≥10 years neurodegenerative disease research experience. Conduct training workshops on the 10-dimension scoring rubric using standardized materials and practice cases.
